Il retro della casa (nord/ovest) è occupato da una ampia tettoia (in semplice muratura e con tetto da sostituire) ed uno spazio adibito a cortile pavimentato e gradevole giardino di fronte a un vigneto.

La casa ha bisogno di qualche riparazione e soprattutto la sistemazione della tettoia retro. Il tetto della casa è in legno in buone condizioni ma manca della guaina isolante che andrebbe inserita. Il riscaldamento è a gas GPL con radiatori a parete, caldaia in cucina e bombolone interrato nel giardino. Presente anche una stufa a legna in cucina. L’ Impianto elettrico è stato rifatto nuovo.

Loreto Aprutino is a town in the Province of Pescara with about 7,000 inhabitants, 300 m above sea level. Abitazione su due livelli di 165 mq l. circondata da terreno a giardino ed oliveto totalmente recintato. La casa è un tipico edificio in pietra tufacea, totalmente ristrutturato con rifacimento del tetto, consolidamento dei solai e di tutta la struttura, conservando il più possibile i caratteri originali, ha bisogno di risistemazione dell’intonaco di alcune pareti interne al piano terra.
